Ten years ago on April 1, Keller Williams Realty Treasure Coast opened its doors at
2100 Monterey Rd with only a handful of agents. Recently at the yearly awards
ceremony, Hal and Jan Frasier were recognized for their 10
th
anniversary with the
company and their many contributions to the company’s amazing growth.
Over the years The Frasiers have served on many advisory committees including
the Agent Leadership Council, which is similar in many ways to a corporate Board
of Directors Hal has also served as Assistant Team leader.
“We opened in some of the worst economic times in recent history and not only
survived but actually grew in agent count and productivity,” said Hal Frasier in a
recent newspaper article. “In 2008 we moved to our current location at 819 S
Federal Hwy, Stuart and the word on the street was we would be out of business
in 6 months, but again we grew because of the superior Keller Williams Business
model for agents. When we reached 150 agents we opened a branch office in the
old Bank Atlantic building in Palm City in order to better serve our agents and
increase our market share in the Palm City area.”
From the handful of agents to 210 currently, PLUS incubating the Port St Lucie
Market Center with 90 agents, Keller Williams Realty has grown to be the largest
real estate company by agent count on the Treasure Coast. In 2015 the Treasure
Coast Market Center sales topped $300,000,000.
At the recent KW convention known as Family Reunion which was held in New
Orleans with 15,000 in attendance, it was announced that the KW agent count
worldwide had surpassed 133,000!
